Jessica Fox was recently named as the 2018 NSW Athlete of the Year at the NSW Champions of Sport Ceremony. From the event booklet:
Jessica dominated paddling in 2018 by becoming the first person to finish the entire World Cup campaign undefeated – winning five C1 gold medals. She also excelled in K1, where she finished with three golds and one silver. This success has cemented Jessica as the greatest slalom paddler in the world, with more Championships than any male or female in the history of the sport.
