2021 Award Winner – Adaptive Paddler of the Year

This year’s winner is DANIEL DALTON from Lane Cove River Kayakers

Daniel is a blind paddler who is now a regular at LCRK’s weekly time trial, and made his debut in PaddleNSW marathon paddling by coming 3rd in the Open Male Double class at the NSW State Doubles Championships.

He has recently been going out in a single in the company of a fellow sighted single paddler.

Certainly inspirational, and we also pay tribute to Richard Andrews who is Daniel’s regular paddling buddy.
