What do you do when you can’t meet the demand from groups in the community to go paddling? Train more people to become qualified paddle guides!
Western Paddlers NSW, based in Dubbo, applied for a Local Sport grant to run a PaddleNSW Flatwater Leadership (guide) Course so that more people in the region would be trained and qualified to take people paddling. The course was held in Dubbo in March, and filled up before even being advertised.
