Beau Miles webinar + PaddleNSW Club Forum

Filmmaker, outdoor adventurer, paddler and lover of recycled wood and op shop shirts, Beau can turn anything into an adventure and a laugh, while championing environmental sustainability.

In his film, ‘BAD RIVER’, Beau takes us on a journey along Sydney’s Cooks River, offering a fascinating and disturbing view of the health of this river that feeds into Botany Bay, all combined with his classic Aussie wit.

PaddleNSW has secured an evening with Beau as part of our upcoming Club Forum in December, to launch our Environmental Guidelines for paddle clubs and paddle events.

Beau will talk about the making of his film BAD RIVER, and how you can combine paddling with positive change for the environment. There will be time for an audience Q&A with Beau.

This webinar is hosted by PaddleNSW to launch our Environmental Guidelines for paddle clubs and paddle events.

You don’t have to be a member of PaddleNSW to attend this webinar. PaddleNSW members can stay online afterward for our quarterly Club Forum. Beau’s talk and Q&A will be from 7.30-8pm (AEDT); the Club Forum will be from 8-8.30pm (AEDT).

Register via Eventbrite to receive the Zoom link and be in with a chance for the lucky (virtual) door prize – a signed copy of Beau Miles’ book The Backyard Adventurer.
